I came in with a flat tire and the dealership wanted to sell me a new car. I don't want nor need a new car. I want my flat tire fixed. If one cannot understand my parallel to an automobile listen up: I want a reliable roofer to fix my leak. I do not want nor need a new roof. If you are going to council me on a new roof, it would be best if you would get onto the roof you are evaluating. You simply cannot do this any other way. The person who... visits your home to fix or sell you a new roof SHOULD be the person that is present on the day the work gets done. If the person who sells roofing services is different from the person that does the work, you will end up with a product that is inferior.read more

This company was a great choice to go with. The estimator Jason was very detailed in what's included in the re-roofing and what each option cost and how the payments would be split-up. When it came for the work to be done the crew were quick to get started and worked very hard to get the job done in one day. I very much recommend using this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future for siding and windows.For anyone... having a skylight removed: they don't go into the house so its up to you to put a tarp or some type of cover to avoid any debris getting onto anything in your house.read more

Munz Roofing were professional and very responsive. After noticing some issues with my roof, and speaking with more than a few businesses we decided to go with Munz. Their representative Jason Booth was extremely helpful, he even waited for the rain to stop so he could go and inspect our roof. Jason was not trying to push a huge sale, or sell us on something we didn't need. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jason helped make it happen. The... price was very reasonable, and was the best quote for the same type of roof we had seen from competitors. After our meeting with Jason our new roof was installed a week later. The install went smoothly. The install was complete in a day ( new roof on house, garage, and reshingled a bay window). The crew also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. We have been using the services of Munz since about 2001 mainly for roofing needs on homes we have owned. We recently had Jeff out again to help us get started on a new siding replacement job on our current home and he was nothing but professional and kind to us. We were able to get everything reviewed and signed for in about an hour with full details and instructions for how the process works. The siding job also has a “LIFETIME” warranty for... as long as we live in this house which is awesome. Everyone was professional and polite. My roof turned out amazing amazing and I couldn't be happier. Have not had a single leak since installation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Constant miscommunication issues over quality issues and cost. Bathroom remodel took over 7 weeks to complete instead of the 1-2 weeks we were quoted and our issues are still not resolved. Low quality, slow work with terrible communication. Vanity was damaged, no one addressed it. This job was a complete gut and remodel and the photos are only some examples of how they left the bathroom and claimed it was "finished." DO... I highly recommend this company for your kitchen or home remodel. We hired them to do a complete renovation of our 1990’s kitchen. We bought a house that needed to be entirely renovated and did most of the work ourselves, but didn’t want to do all the work of renovating a kitchen. Our old kitchen was complete with carpeted flooring and soffits.When we first met with the company, Brian reviewed their process thoroughly and showed us all of... their licenses and qualifications which made me feel safe in their hands. We signed our contract that day and waited for our cabinets to arrive. The longest part of the process was waiting for the cabinets, but since that is the usual these days we were fine with that. They were well worth the wait. The cabinets are solid wood with beautiful dovetail drawers and soft close hinges. After the cabinets were in, work began within a week.Michael and his crew came in and demo’d our kitchen in two days. They were so neat and thorough. There was barely any dust in the other rooms surrounding my kitchen, and they had ripped up the floors, taken out the soffits, and all of the drywall. Michael always explained the next steps of our project and any issues he ran into.The entire process ran very smoothly between waiting for the town to come out and do inspections. Michael and his crew always communicated with us so that we knew what days he would be working at our house and what time he would arrive. Any 5 star employee that came to our home was extremely respectful and kind to us and our property.Not only did the work come out beautiful, but their kitchen selection website was very helpful in choosing what we wanted for our new kitchen. Overall we had a great experience with this company and are considering hiring them again for a bathroom remodel. Our new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous complete with white cabinets that reach the ceiling, gold pendant lights, gray marble flooring, and beautiful marble backsplash. From start to finish Five Star, did an amazing job. They explained the entire project, the fact the cost of the shingles would be going up in the near future. Upon signing proposal, the owner Mike contacted me numerous times to give me updated timelines for the project to start. We recently finished our kitchen remodeling with them, nice staff and always responsive. Although it did take longer time to process everything, but during COVID and all the supply chain issues, it’s be done within a reasonable timeframe. And we love our new kitchen sooooo much now!!
